Old Nick Company Annual General Meeting 2025

Dear Members, The Old Nick Company warmly invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting for 2025.

Date: Sunday 5th October 2025
Time: BBQ from 5:15pm, AGM to start at 6pm
Location: Old Nick Company HQ, 50a Letitia Street North Hobart

The AGM is an important opportunity for our members to:
Receive reports on the Company’s activities over the past year
Review our financial statements
Elect members to the Committee for the coming year
Ask questions and contribute to future planning

The agenda as well as other documents can be found here. Reports will be added in the coming weeks ahead of the AGM. We encourage all members to attend, as your participation helps shape the future of our Company.

We have the following committee positions up for election at this years AGM:
Senior Vice President
Treasurer
Facilities Manager
3x General Representatives

To confirm your attendance and/or nominate for the committee, please RSVP using this form. Nominations for committee positions must be received by completing this form by no later than 5pm on Wednesday 24th September, 10 days prior to the AGM as per our Articles of Association.

If you are unable to attend in person, please advise us if you'd like to be listed as a formal apology by emailing the secretary prior to the meeting date.
